Fresh local lamb raised right here on the Dear Dahlia farm.  All lambs are pasture raised and hormone and antibiotic free.
 
Important - this is only the deposit to secure your lamb. Once we receive it from the butcher, we will be able to communicate the outstanding amount based on the weight of your lamb. Packaged meat will be available for delivery by the end of November. Look out for an email with more details closer to the time. 
 
Whole lamb carcass usually weighs between 40-60 lbs. Finished price will come to $11/lb.

Bone in Chops (3/4 inch)
Riblets
Shanks
Leg Roast
Stew Meat
 
Free delivery in Red Deer and Red Deer County. The lamb will be picked up from the butcher and delivered to your door on the same day. At this time shipping is unfortunately not possible.
